One record that cannot be lost
SchoolPort gives each student a single, secure record that stays with them from enrollment onward, including when they change schools or counties. Schools, families and district offices work from the same accurate information.
Why we built it here
SchoolPort is designed around how Liberian schools already operate: terms, fifteen counties, four administrative regions, and school fees in both LRD and USD. The software adapts to the school, not the other way around.
How the platform is built
- One systemEnrollment, personnel, attendance, finance and reporting in one information system, used the same way in every school.
- Built around Liberia’s school structureFifteen counties, four administrative regions, and school fees handled in both LRD and USD.
- One school, every roleAdministrators, teachers, parents and students each sign in with their own role and see only what that role allows.
