This is SchoolPort’s cookie notice for the public website. It sits alongside the Privacy Policy. You can at any time.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics SDKs from Google or Meta, or third-party trackers. Fonts and scripts on these pages are served from our own domain.
This notice does not cover the staff portal or SchoolPort BLUE, the mobile app for students and parents. Sign-in there is a separate, secure path and is not part of these website cookies.
2. Necessary
In short. Always on. Remembers this privacy choice, and accessibility settings if you use them.
Privacy choice is a first-party cookie kept for 12 months. It records whether you allowed optional measurement. It is not used to identify you across sites.
If you use the accessibility widget on this website, those choices are stored on your device only. They are not advertising cookies.
3. Measurement (optional)
In short. A cookieless first-party conversion beacon — page path and event name only — off until you allow it.
If you accept measurement, the public site may send a one-way request to our own servers with the page path, an event name (for example a demo-form click), and an optional referrer. There is no visitor identifier and no IP stored with that event.
This is not a third-party analytics cookie. It still waits for your choice here, and it stays off if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
4. Advertising
In short. Not used. There is nothing to turn on.
SchoolPort does not set advertising cookies and does not load advertising or retargeting pixels. The advertising category in the preference panel is shown so a school IT reviewer can see that it is permanently off.
5. How to change your choice
In short. Use Cookie settings on this site, or delete the consent cookie in your browser.
Open the , or use the cookie button at the bottom of public pages after you have saved a choice. Clearing site data in your browser will prompt the notice again.
