Pricing is set for each school from its enrollment, so every school receives a figure that fits its size. After a short walkthrough, we provide a written quote for your school.
How we quote
We look at three things, then write a quote that fits your school.
- EnrollmentPricing reflects the size of your school. Tell us your enrollment when you request a walkthrough.
- What you will runCore records and family access are in every quote. Optional tools such as Kate are used only if you turn them on.
- A written summaryAfter the walkthrough you leave with what onboarding would involve and what it would cost. Applying is a separate step.

- Office and teacher portalsEnrollment, attendance, grades, report cards, fees in LRD and USD, and staff accounts for your school.
- BLUE for parents and studentsFamilies see the records that concern them in BLUE, the SchoolPort app for parents and students. Staff work on the web today; RED, the app for administrators, is planned.
- Onboarding helpRoster import, term setup and a walkthrough. Founding schools are quoted with this support included.
- Email supportWe answer within 24 hours. Child-safety reports jump the queue.
