One record for every learner, from enrollment to graduation
SchoolPort keeps one accurate record for each student, covering identity, enrollment, guardians, attendance, and academics. The classroom, the school office, and home all work from the same record.
Records that follow the student, term to term
The student record follows the structure of the Liberian school system, from county and district organization to how guardianship works in practice.
- County, district, and school hierarchy built in
- Secure activation codes for student access to BLUE
- Photo approval workflow protects student images
- Permanent student IDsEach student receives a permanent SchoolPort ID. If a student transfers to another school or county, the ID and record go with them.
- Student & staff enrollmentEnrollment is done through a guided online form that collects the same information Liberian schools record on paper today.
- Guardian approvalA parent or guardian must be approved by the school before they can see a child’s information. A roster change on its own does not grant access.
- Data protectionEach school’s records are separated at the database level. Staff can only see their own school, and parents can only see their own children.
